Have you leadership experience in any role in your life? How au fait with DES circulars etc are you? Have you done much CPD?

I have completed a Masters in Teaching and Learning in my own time.
I was Camp Director at a residential summer camp for international students with 21 staff.
I am not familiar with many circulars at momet in honesty.
