Eircom F1000 Alternative

Hi guys Apologies if this question has already been answered, I've spent the last few hours searching the forum but questions relating to this end up flying off in tangents. Is there anybody reliably using Eircom's efibre with a modem other than the Zyxel F1000 that eircom ships? We need it to be able to port forward…

Hi guys

Apologies if this question has already been answered, I've spent the last few hours searching the forum but questions relating to this end up flying off in tangents.

Is there anybody reliably using Eircom's efibre with a modem other than the Zyxel F1000 that eircom ships?
We need it to be able to port forward correctly (Which the f1000 doesn't seem to do) and should be 100% compatible with eircom's efibre service including any planned update (G993.5 vectoring?)

We've tried using the F1000 bridged but ran into the same problems others have too.
