Would it not be in the government interest to make the contract stays with an post than having more people loss jobs.

They say they may or well be moving to electronic payment. So well they putting money into bank accounts which I thought stopped doing or is it people well be going to some sort of ATM thing to get social welfare payment.

Who else would have been in the running for something like that? The post office or the actual social welfare office are the only type of place I can think of that would be suitable. 'm probably missing somewhere else obvious though.

I blame technology. I think we should get rid of it all and hire more people to do everything slowly.
    Now where's that abacus
