Time for an upgrade and time for my first Android device.

I currently use my phone for calls and surfing and a point and shoot camera for photos.

I'd like to ditch the camera altogether so will be relying on my phone as a camera.

I know that Samsung do great cameras so which is best Note 3 or S4?

Apart from Samsung what models do great cameras?

What is the best of the low-budget cameras and what are the better high-budget cameras?

My online reading tells me that Nexus 5 is having issues and I've read lots of reviews, I'm looking for real-world experience so all replies appreciated.

Sony Z1 Mini and soon to be released Sony Z2 or LG G2.
All have really excellent camera with good low light level/night time photos.
