Data Protection from Bank

    hi guy's just looking for some advice on some things all help much appreciated.

    I have recently asked the bank for my data protection but when I received it there was lot's and lots of stuff missing. I would like to ask for the data protection again but should I ask for certain points to be included to verify that them points exist. The bank have refused to give some information to me on certain points. How can I get information out of the bank that they don't want give.
