    hi all,

    Im looking to move on from my current position, im an engineer and work in biomeds, Im v good technically but not so good at show casing what I do

    I would like to go for a few practice interviews, had a few before christmas but no luck

    Id like to brush up on my interview skills

    anyone know anyone in the munster area that woudl be able to help ?

    Not easy.

    Have you tried a Recruitment agency? They would usually want to meet you anyway - that's an interview in itself. If they have a reasonable chance of placing you, it'd be in their interest to give you a couple of practise interviews.

    I also should add to this, anyone got any links for those sicometric tests that companies sometimes do ?

    What psychometric assessments are you looking for?

    I guess those type of assessments that people give to engineers as a first round practice test.

    they usually involve pick the odd one out from sets of shapes and things like that........

    they are designed I think to explore peoples lateral thinking concepts

    Yes, aptitude and ability tests would be what your looking for. Sorry haven't got any of them, prehaps you could google it
