I have a leak coming into kitchen from overhead bathroom. I reckon its the bath taps that are leaking. I am looking for advice on how to stop this leak..
or indeed replace the unit ....

If you can see in the middle , of the the two taps , there is water exiting there
    where shower connection is.

How do these taps remove, do I have to turn off both hot and cold supply to do this?

Under sink , for cold water ok , do I have to drain all the water from hot tank?

    see pics..appreciate any advice
    Paddy

More likely its the bath seal.

Look under the bath and run water into different areas
