It's that time of year again, time to play the insurance lottery, just want to see what policy other people yould go with in my situation?

Im driving a 2004 Toyota Altezza, have it valued at €5000, no claims, no points, full licence, 36 years of age,

The best quotes I'm getting are from Britton Insurance,

    TPO, €320
    TPFT, €395
    TPFT + Stepback NCP, €414
    TPFT + Full NCP, €452
    Fully Comp, €510
Fully Comp + Stepback NCP, €532
Fully Comp + Full NCP, €577

I'd be more inclined to go Fully Comp as I dont have the spare cash to by a car if anything was to happen.

Considering the difference between fully protected third party and fully protected fully comp is about €100, I would have thought this decision is an absolute no brainer to be honest. This isnt a car that you would normally be prepared to walk away from in the event of an accident, so third party is not an option (unless you have a few grand sitting in a bank account that you want to throw away should you need to repair/replace the car).

Also try Liberty; I got a very good quote on my Integra last year from them on the basis that I was over 30.
