How to remove porch roof tiles?

How do I remove some of my apex porch roof tiles to gain access to the porch roof structure itself?The 2 rows of tiles in question are down at the gutter end of the roof and are a small flat rectangular brown coloured tile.I have no idea how they are attached though. I can slide them up and then back down but cant seem to…

How do I remove some of my apex porch roof tiles to gain access to the porch roof structure itself?The 2 rows of tiles in question are down at the gutter end of the roof and are a small flat rectangular brown coloured tile.I have no idea how they are attached though.
I can slide them up and then back down but cant seem to actually lift them off the roof.I dont know how they actually come off.I dont want to damage the tiles and break them so can anyone here help me please?
