    Hi all!!Tenor saxophone lookin for some people that want to have fun with some funky stuff! I'd like to make some cover songs at the beginning and then...we'll see! Even starting level is welcome..let me know!

    Seems to me there is enough replies to work away without a sax player ?

    Yes, there does alright. However, playing soul or funk without some kind of brass or woodwind, is just not the real mc coy IMO.


    The fact that the OP played sax was the main reason I replied.


    So...the search continues elsewhere.....unless we are lucky enough to attract another brass/woodwind player to this thread. ;)


    Perhaps the other posters see it differently.

    I could still play funky stuff or even disco funk related stuff if at least there is good keyboard player. I am anyway open to any ideas. I have recently relocated to ireland and looking for people to play

    I'm in as well. Good keyboard player would do. I play the bass and guitar too. I'd much prefer bass though. Can see there is already one bass player here. Any ideas guys as with regards to some meeting/rehearsal and whoever is interested can you say what instrument you play so we know what foundation we have.
