I want a healthy unhealthy bmi

Im a 31 year old male. 5ft 8 and been sitting at 69 kilo for a few months now.
    Healthy bmi.
Ive always been skinny so to get this far took alot of admitting to myself I just dont eat as much as everyone else then force feeding myself to the point I now get hungry every two hours.
So Im at this weight with pretty much no fat on me.
I wanna put on about another healthy stone of weight.

    Breakfast 4 chicken drumsticks
Lunch Breaded chicken fillet (sometimes on a sandwich with cheese and mayo)
Snack A fillet of breaded fish or 3 eggs on buttered bread ,sometimes a frozen pizza.Once I get a good dose of protein I dont mind.
Dinner As many carbs as I can fit ontop of a big chunk of steak pork or whatever.
I just make sure I get about 20 grammes at least of protein each meal.
I do very little exercise however from the age of 17 to 25 I lifted weights obsessively. I just didnt eat much. So lifting very little weight but not realising.

Im wondering is this why Iv still got a low fat percentage even though I eat pretty bad and dont exercise or is my body just waiting for the right moment to turn to crap?

If the latter is the case is there anything I can do to push on now and gain a stone of muscle.
There is a strange yearning in me to be 12 stone . Ive no idea why.

you will never put on any muscle eating badly and not exercising, if muscle gain is what you want the best way to do this is lifting weights and a good diet

No idea but ive bits of the six pack showing when I stand up straight. So im guessing it decent enough its nowhere like competing level but I can fit into 30 waist jeans most days but the leg parts are very tight.

How much protein per day do you eat and what is your total calories for the day? Do you do any exercise, walking to work, lifting etc.

I eat at least 80 grammes of protin a day but I dont discriminate against a piece of meat that might have double that. I could go up to 100 - 150 if Im drinking alot of milk or the steak doesnt have to be shared with anyone.
Exercise very little. Havnt done anything since before christmas. I go through stages of cycling from dollymount around howth hill and back about twice a week but it never lasts for more than a few weeks. Sometimes i do a few press ups or pull ups but again you could be talking once a month.
I do no work and I drive pretty much everywhere.
Edit: i just realised you probably dont know the area its about a 21 k cycle up a big hill on a rusty old mountain bike.

You could maybe double that protein amount and get lifting. You'd put on healthy weight easily enough. Have a look at the tdee calcs on http://simplesciencefitness.com/ and you'll see what calories you should be eating a day to gain.

Or, you could just lash pints of milk into you.

I got started on that link its amazing the resources around today. When I started lifting all I had was a diagram of exercises from York and a bench with some plastic weights. Nobody told me I had to eat more I honestly thought I was eating loads.
For the last few years I had been downing 6 beers a night. I have that in check now. Im wondering what happened my body when I took that 2000 or so calories a day out of my diet. I never put on weight from it but Im wondering did my body get used to maintaining at this extra amount.
I was caeliac as a kid but I stopped getting a reaction to gluten as I got older. I guess I got used to it. Would these be having an affect?
I suppose Im here looking for reasons why Im not growing fast enough but your gonna give me the sobering answer that I just have to force even more food down me throat.
I think just typeing it out made me realise. Haha personal issues I want not health and fitness forum.

Buying a bench and weight isnt really an option now.
I have a pull up bar and i can position some chairs to do some dips. Is there anywhere I can find some free bodyweight exercise guides. Simply squatting my little frame isnt gonna do much for the leg muscles.

Some studied have shown that large amounts of alcohol don't equate to large weight gain, could be that.

It will basically come down to eating more if you want to gain weight though, no matter what way you look at it. You just want to make sure you gain weight where you want it, i.e not by gettign a big belly.

Have a gander at this thread about bodyweight exercises
