Asdec 63DV entrance sensor

    Hi,

    Anyone know how to recondition or get a spare sensor for front, door, as seems to be setting off spurious alarms over past few days. I remember it happened before a few years ago and one of the posters on here was able to give me a spare which was greatly appreciated.

    Wouldn't mind but recently after replacing the key panel which had a some keys not working so well, now this sensor issue again.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Is it a sensor or a contact.?
    A global sensor will work fine as long as the zone is programmed as access.
    To convert a standard contact you wire 2 680 ohm resistors in parallel with the contact.
    If your stuck I can make one up for you.
