Hi can any one help. Just had a mechanic fit a new wheel bearing to my mazda6 2.0td 08. The wheel bearing has a magnetic ring, it was replaced on the front LH side , now my abs and dsc warning lights are on. Have asked mechanic to check if it was fitted back to front. Does anyone know what way the magnectic ring should be facing, is it out towards the road or in towards the engine? Done a diagnostic check it came up with. LH abs sensor c0031code .signal to low. Intermittent . Thanks Bob

Your should not spend any of your own time on this car. Mechanic has either installed something incorrectly or broke something. He needs to fix this free of charge due to car not having this fault previous to him working on it.
