    Hey,

Has anyone stuck to a Men's Health 6 week program and if so what were the results?

I'm a member of a gym and have all the required equipment necessary all I need now is the commitment and stick to the diet plan!

I'm starting to think about the summer and getting this body o' mine in shape. :)

    Why wouldn't it work?

Most of them are brutal "6 pack in 6 weeks" style programs that are just every variation of the crunch possible with some bro curls thrown in.

"6 pack in 6 weeks and 10 fat burning foods"!

    sells more magazines than

"train hard 4 days a week every week and count your macros"

Google one of their programs and throw it up here.

    They're not all completely useless.

But they have to come up with a new one every month so there's a fair chance they're throwing in new exercises for the sake of it to make an overall program that won't serve you very well in the 4 weeks until the next issue comes out.
