Claiming tax rebate from Netherlands

In 2009 and 2010 I worked for an Irish agency on a construction project in Rotterdam. The agency was supplying labor to a large construction company. (Belgian I think)

The agency paid an Irish stamp for me every week and I received evidence of this in writing when I finished up.

During my first week there I got my Sofia number (Dutch pps number) so I presume I paid some tax there, on my payslip which I received every week there was a figure for tax paid which went up every week.

Before xmas I called the Dutch tax office to enquire about possibly claiming back some tax. The nice lady posted me out two forms, one for 2009 and one for 2010, both in Dutch unfortunately, which I cannot make head nor tail out of.

Any advice on what the hell to do from here would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance, A.
