Just wondering if a non-compete clause for a professional person, i.e. architect, solicitor etc., is enforceable by a former employer? I see some older threads on the matter but nothing recently. The older threads give mixed opinions.

    Thanks

Absolutely, but it depends on the scope of the restriction, both in terms of work and geographical range.
