Anbody have shipping issues with Creation Watches - I ordered a watch from them on Sunday, selected Fedex/DHL shipping (Free - I have the screendump clearly showing that) - got an email from them today to say that DHL do not deliver to my address (Bull - got loads of DHL Deliveries to our address) and looking for another 12 euro to send it by Fedex? Smells to me.
Oh and by the way - I tried to ring the local Dublin Number - automated service to contact them by email. Not impressed so far!

No, never had a problem getting the free delivery here in Dublin (always did wonder how they could manage it mind).

Creation - it is Creation who is looking for more money. No reply yet from the emails I sent them.

I received a package from them last week with free shipping to Cork. Sounds bizarre tbh.

    Found them excellent.

However, I got caught for custom duty once (not creations fault)

First time it came FedEx (and no customs issue), second time via DHL and got stung for customs.

    TbL

how much did you have to pay (or as a percentage)? Also did you have to pay a 'handling or service' charge on behalf of DHL? I have no problem paying customs/VAT etc but paying an extra fee imposed by the courier just drives me nuts.
