Hi all, I'm just thinking of changing the groupset on a cube gtc cf frame what should I look for as my plan is to change from a triple to a double and from a 10 speed to an 11 speed can that be done

It's expensive and rarely worth the effort. I have recently done this and changed from sora triple to Ultegra/105 Compact on a Cube peloton which is a big upgrade. I fitted it myself which will save around 80 to 100 for a bike shop to do. 11 speed May not work with existing wheels and limit you buying second hand 10 speed wheels. What's the current set up?

    With that set up
You could probably just change the crankset to a double and use existing triple shifter. The front derailleur may need changing if shifting isn't quite right. This would cost around 80 to 100 for new parts. A new 11 speed ultegra group will be close to 700.

Stay with 10speed, its going to end up way cheaper in mounths to come with people moving to 11.
People who carry spares will be selling up cheap over the course of the next year and a bit id say

You'll need new 11spd shifters, rear derailleur, double chainset and an 11spd cassette. You'll probably get away with keeping the front derailleur and maybe the chain (not 100% sure about chain)
