That time of year - Bonus Tax

    Quick question guys.

Salary of €40k which works out at about €2505 monthly after tax.

Given a bonus today of €2150 (happy to get it obviously, but 5% is awful compared to other employers in this industry).

My question is, how much of this am I likely to see after tax? I'm guessing less than half of it?

Reason I ask is because I am negotiating with another company and they have told me they'll cover the bonus I miss out on with my current employer if I leave to join them. So just want to be able to give them a Gross and Net figure.

    Thanks!
