It's not on the RTE Player and according to that link you provided, it was broadcast in 2008 so you'll just have to keep an eye out for a repeat. If you were really desperate you could ask RTE to make a copy on DVD for your personal use but as a one-off that would probably cost a lot of money.

On the webpage you've linked to, there is a link in the lower left for 'TV Programme sales', the page it links to says 'coming soon' but there is an e-mail link you could follow up.
