Prowler and Sled

    My gym just got a Prowler and Sled, which Im hoping to start to use. Im obiviously going to ask gym staff what to do but would like to get some opionions from here too.

    Should I do Prowler days where I only use that and the same with the sled or should I mix them both into a pushing and pulling workout?

    Any ideas on work outs / routines to do?

    I was going to start with finding a weight that would be challanging for 10 x 30 meter sprints and doing a prowley / sled split.
    Does that sound like enough?
