Iranian backed Bertie Putsch

Having seen that Iranian warships are on there way to the Atlantic from another thread got me thinking, as they would be bonkers to try anything against the US maybe they have another agenda.
Could they have any intentions on Ireland? Bertie Ahern is currently meeting with Iranian officials, http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/bertie-ahern-to-meet-with-government-officials-in-iran-257662.html.
Since resigning as taoiseach he been on a tour of some of the vilest totalitarian states such as China, Nigeria, Germany, and Hungary to give speeches, no doubt looking for allies in some sort of diabolical scheme to regain power.
Could Iran now be attempting an invasion with bertie á la Diarmait Mac Murchada and Normans?

Didnt one of the ministers of the current Government say we need to reopen the Irish Embassy in Tehran, soon to take advantage of economic opportunities. The minister completely ignored Irans almost non-exist human rights and the fact they are possibly trying to build nuclear weapons.

But human rights isnt one of Irelands strengths.
