    Hey all,

We recently moved into a new house, so we need to get a TV licence organised. I see that you can pay for the TV licence via direct debit, can you pay for your first one using this method? I assumed so, although when I clicked on new tv licence on An Post website it only mentioned payment via card.

Am I right in thinking if I just fill in direct debit mandate I'll be covered once first payment is processed?
