    OK Just wondering a small thing. I ordered efibre but it isn't installed yet (not until next two weeks before an engineer comes)

    Just wondering can I cancel my order since it hasn't been installed yet?

    Want to cancel it as I see on the forums a lot of people are unhappy with it.

    The number of people unhappy is still very small. You only hear the bad stuff online a lot of times. I have it and it's bloody fantastic.

    I see. I don't know I don't wanna get it then be unhappy about it and then won't be able to go back to my NGB. Can you cancel just out of curiosity?

    There's a cooling off period but I'm not certain of the details.

    Generally, if your NGB is good and doesn't suffer from evening slowdowns the backhaul in the exchange is probably ok and eFibre should be fine. A lot of the threads on this forum are about NGB slowdown due to congestion from lack of backhaul.
