Water leak on 03 nissan almeria 3 dr.

    Hi all.

    I have a water leak on my almeria 03 , i found the pass. side front footwell with very wet carpets, when removed to see about 1 inch of water on floor. i tested the window and round the doors but no leak and same result when i tested the scuttel panal. when i removed the internal light i found the inside of the roof covered in damp and dripping water . i dont have a clue where its coming from. ariel not leaking either . any help ??

    It's probably either your heater matrix behind the dash or a grommet in your firewall.

    Is your AC working as per normal?

    Have a good look around the back of the engine bay (under your windscreen) often there's grommets fitted there to run wiring looms through from the cabin and one of these could be letting water in

    Have you checked the engine coolant. As previous poster said it could well be comming from the heater.

    coolent perfect level no water coming tru firewall. the roof (steel ) is dripping wet ,

    roof is probably just soaking due to moisture being inside in the car from the leak
