competency based questions interview. Please help

Guys I have an interview next Friday, it will be competency based questions! Kind of dreading it as I know i have to use STAR( hate it)

Anyone have any idea the most common competency based questions that a company can ask?( It's for a banking role)

The only question I've ever met is:

"Tell me about a time when you demonstrated COMPETENCY-N"

Repeated for each competency listed in the job description.


To which you trot out:

In (describe the situation)
I did (describe the action)
Which resutled in (describe the outcome)
