Project manager/designer for apartment refurb?

Hi I was wondering if anyone could recommend a service provider / interior decorator in the Dublin region who would project manage an apartment refurb (new kitchen, bathroom, windows, carpets etc. nothing structural just decorative)? Basically I want to pick out the fixtures and fittings etc., but want to pay somebody else…

Basically I want to pick out the fixtures and fittings etc., but want to pay somebody else to co-ordinate it, negotiate with suppliers, let them in to the property etc., and then hand it over to me when it's finished.

Do such services exist and any idea cost-wise e.g. would you be talking 2k or so over cost of the fittings?
