Moon X Power 780 light woes

    I bought one of the above and was very happy with it until the micro USB power socket snapped off (3 months of use, about 25 recharges)

    Anyone experience similar issues ? or have suggestions for repair ?

    I bought a set of Moon lights (500 lumen front, 60 lumen back, can;t remember the product names). The rear stopped working after about a month, seemed to have suffered water damage. Don't know if it was the USB port, though this seems the most likely cause of the problem. I sent them back to the retailer who replaced the whole set. I think Moon warranties their products for a year, so you should be able to send for a replacement.

    I Have the same light and have had no issues. The usb connection is a weak point and i'm always very careful using it. You should have no problem getting it replaced by supplier if its faulty and tbh even if its not ;-)
