    Goodmans GTVL19W17HDF 19" LCD TV.
    Just got this LCD for my PC but cannot access the computer icon in settings. It's Just skipping back to "Video from Preferences" so no idea how to make it work. Have hdmi cable connected with no luck. Can somebody help me??

    Ok I'm not sure I'm understanding you properly but what happens when you choose "Source" on the TV and just select HDMI?
    The computer setting in TV's tends to be for VGA I believe
