Calf rehabilitation

Injured my calf last weekend running a 6 miler. The inside of my right calf at the point just at the bottom of my calf so I think its the Soleus muscle.
I'm aware of pain walking and its sore if I extend my toes downwards, okay if I pull my toes up towards my knee.

I iced it the day I did it but now 3 days on, what further rehab would you recommend (can't afford physio). I've stopped running, cycling, even long walks since I did it and have kept it elevated.

Is it worth still icing it at this stage and/or is a combo of ice and heat worthwhile?
I want to get back running as soon as possible.
