Setting up a pension in your 20s?

    For someone who knows nothing about pensions but wants to start one in their 20s, what advice could be given as to setting something solid up? All opinions welcome on this!

    I'm not employed so nope! Won't be full time employed until after college so that's probably not an option for now.

    The biggest incentitive to setting up a pension at this stage is the tax savings on that amount. IMO it is pointless locking away savings or even money that you are only saving the lower tax rate on.
    Best advice, wait till you are employed to set this up. Save money in a savings account till then, at least you will have access to it...
