We have a Lawless society many with multiple convictions.
Our Prison do not have enough spaces.
We have a site in Swords cost a packet.

We need at least 15'000 more prison spaces and the people to control the prisoners; there are prisons in the USA that can incarcerate a person for less than a dollar a day; but then we need better judges to put the criminals in prison; which came first the chicken or the egg?
