I recently bought this sash window. The owner who was selling it said it was surplus to his requirments therefore her was selling it. He told me he bough it brand new and it was never fitted and i think it is missing the bottom frame. can anyone please advise me if it is missing the bottom frame or is it ment to be like that. If it is ment to be like that, is it to be intalled differenly to other windows. Many thanks for your help.
    Kevin

I was talking to a friend and he said that this was perhaps a window that was got in the north and that this is how they install them there.

    Many thanks for the reply.
