Vodafone Modem breaking Phone signal

    My Vodafone modem is shorting out my phone line, am I entitled to a new one from Vodafone?

    I have the broadband about 8 months.
    I suspect the phone line was damaged by lightning.


    My Vodafone Modem is breaking my landline phone.
    Isolating the model fixes the phone line.
    The modem works fine but breaks the landline phone. Eircom came around a few weeks ago and verified.


    Am I entitled to a new modem from Vodafone?

    haven't managed to get through to the them yet, hence I posted here.

    Got through to Vodafone.
    They will supply another router for 30euro.
