get pure diesel coming at the bleed screws on the side of the injection pump. then close these and open at least two injector pipes up at the top of the investors. spin her till there are pulses of diesel coming at these two investors. She should a kind of half run now if you close one of the two open pipes. Sometimes they can be a bugger to get right, and a whiff of easy start can help things along. You have the stopper rod pushed back in to the "run" position of course?

All filters clean ? including the one in the tap in the tank, and the gauze in the lift pump?

check the lift pump for dirt then the fuel filter followed by the tank

Open pipe coming from diesel tank and blow it back. Dirty tank and a little piece is blocking if. Bleed as normal

Remember years ago we had a 135 and this was a constant problem. It was the the little filter that is screwed into the tank.

Yea it got to the stage that u had no comfort doing a job especially taking it out on the road. Traded up. Never had the problem until about a month ago. Always happen when Ure under time pressure or in a bad location.

you could just take out tank steam clean it,clean gauze in tank, blow out lines and if lift pump on it clean that as well, replacce all fuel filters aswell.....otherwise cleaning gauze is a patch-up job and waste of time:rolleyes::rolleyes:
