LPG prices / conversion price

    I'm very close to open conversion centre and LPG filling station in same place / North Dublin /. My plan is to sell LPG with very low margin 78c-79c/per liter and do conversion with normal European prices - about €1000 4cyl engine.
    A few people have tried to convince me that it is the wrong way to go.
    They say that it is better to make money on selling autogas, rather than on conventions.
    What is your opinion?

    What kind of conversion kits will you be using?
    Long term making your money on the fuel might be more sustainable unless you are sure you will have a constant flow of customers.

    Have you experience converting cars?

    I know my job very well. Kits are very similar. When you know how it works, there is know problem to do conversion with kit you never used before.

    it seems that the policy of cheap gas is more suitable for acquiring customers.
