    Hi, Could you try to set up a kickstarter campaign or use other type of crowd funding? I can't afford to sponsor a whole station, but I'd like to support the monitoring network. I';m sure that there are more people like me. P.S. Do you have water level data available as a xml or other plain text format? That would allow to make an mobile phone application for tracking water level and i.e. setting custom alarm if water goes over a set limit.
