    Hi
    My partner is waiting for a summons to appear in court..(not for anything major)..he is expecting the court case to he around July sometime. We are planning on moving to holland or Germany this year. My question is can he make the move while waiting to be summoned? He's not trying to dodge his day in court or anything, we just want to do things right. So can we make the move in the meantime and he just comes back for the court date or will we have to wait to make the move until after the court date?

    Until you have actually been summonsed, there's nothing to answer. Just go about your business.

    Thanks for reply...so he won't get in trouble for movin country in the meantime?
