Has your employer offered you the option of contributing to a PRSA fund through the payroll?

If not, how many employees are in your company?

Your employer is obliged to allow you paid time off work to meet an advisor to discuss your options around this. Perhaps get your payroll dept to give you the contact name? Alternatively contact a pension provider.
