Plagiarism - illegal or just unethical?

    The title is the first question. Also can anything be done about it? I know of GAA website were i would say most if not all of its stories are plagiarism. In fact many PROs have been know to purposely right reports that are wrong that have ended up on the site without any editing done to them. They have also supposedly regularly called up on this fact on social media yet they keep at it
