A nail picker that is. And I bite them too. Its got to the point were I'm ashamed to let people see but its what I do if I'm worried about something. I don't know how to stop :( What's your bad habits? Any ideas how we can overcome them?

Ear picking. I get itchy inner ears and theres nothing better than going in there with a cotton bud and having a good rummage around. On a good day, I might free a nugget of wax. Heavenly.
