Hey guys, just looking for ideas for a five night break for end of feb. Would like somewhere with a direct flight from dub and have already been to Paris and Rome.
Thinking maybe eastern Europe somewhere and maybe a Spa destination. All ideas welcome!

Baden Baden in Germany is lovely. The original spa destination. :) Roman baths, natural springs. It's very near the Black Forest as well, which is a stunning part of germany. They sure know their cakes! Kaffe und Kuchen every day. yummo. It's about 2 hours drive from Frankfurt-HAHN airport, 1.5 hours drive from Frankfurt main airport or 1 hour from Stuttgart.

Dubrovnik is a beautiful city in eastern europe. Nice spas there too. better weather I'd say for feb, but if you are going to be indoors a lot with spas, the weather won't matter much.

Another spot for hot water lovers is Pamukkle in turkey or the Blue Lagoon in Iceland.

Would absolutely love Iceland but without a direct flight is just not doable for a five night break. I'll def check out the other places, thank you!

I would recommend Vienna. It's a wonderful city and it definitely has a romantic feel to it. There may be some snow this time of year which would only add to the lovely ambiance.

You can fly to Gatwick and get a flight from there to Reykjavik. Early morning flight to Gatwick and then a midmorning flight to Reykjavik. Think it's about 3-4 hours London-Reykjavik. Have done it before from Stansted without any hassle. Iceland is fabulous.

It looks so beautiful! I just think we'll be wrecked after wedding and don't know if could face two flights. We are looking at iceland for proper honeymoon end of march early April. Fingers crossed might still see the lights!

Sorry! Is the dublin iceland flight gone? We flew there from dublin before, must have been a charter or something. It was to Keflavik, not reykjavik I think? I'd say it would be fab for a longer honeymoon anyway, so maybe save it for that. It's my fav place in the world. Just an amazing place.

Iceland express is now wow air. They fly gatwick Keflavik. Keflavik is icelands main airport. They used to fly from stansted. Iceland air don't fly from Dublin and their flights are at least twice the price of wow air.

Yep will def spend at least 10 days there for the longer honeymoon. Just looking for a nice hotel with direct flight for a few nights after wedding. Vienna looks lovely and has direct flight. Would love to go straight to Iceland but I'd rather do n it right than cram it into a few nights.
