Hi, does anyone know how much the Naas health and fitness gym costs? They won't give the prices out over the phone.

You're as well off going in to suss it out and see if it's up to much anyway. You can ask them there.

The do different types of packages can't remember off hand what the prices are.

Grand gym in fairness what sort of stuff are you interested in doing?

Hi Siochain. I called in today. Very nice gym. Will be mainly using the gym but some of the classes look good too. Looking forward to tackling the climbing wall at 7 in the morning! What do you do there?

Im a member. It is an expensive gym given that the Osprey do packages 99 for 99 days. I pay 63 per month Gold Membership to Naas Health and Fitness, that covers all membership except to any outsourced classes, ie Pilates, Weight Loss, Squash Lessons.

I do mainly spin classes, if you dont arrive early for the evening ones you wont get your classes as its busy. But good class. Gym very busy at the minute too, think a bit of the January factor involved here as well though. Not sure that the climbing wall be open at 7am! Have never seen anyone climbing it at 7am.

Good class timetable and overall I would recommend the gym.

mostly squat rack, bench, kettle bells, rower. As someone mentioned it costs more that the other gyms in Naas but its worth it.

Anyone know what the price is for the gym only membership? I wouldn't have much interest in the classes, pool etc.

Will be moving to Naas in the next month or two and it does look like a decent set up plus it's around the area I'll be looking at moving to so handy location wise.

I'm a member there & highly recommend it. Agree its most expensive that other gyms in the area but for me its really worth it, and close to where I live. Has a great range of classes, plenty of equipment and staff/instructors are very helpful and friendly.

They have Gold Membership which is everything gym/pool/all classes etc (expect a couple of pay only classes with weight loss clinic/pilates), regular meetings with gym instructors for your programme & the wellness key that you can use on most equipment to track your progress, and then a Silver Option which is gym/pool only.

I am on the Gold Membership, joined with someone else so got a bit of a discount. Your best bet is to email them or call in and discuss your options. It is really busy there at the moment, evenings in particular, must be the new years buzz or something!!

Cheers for the info, luckily about 90% of the time I'm in the gym its off peak hours one of the advantages of shift work.

That will be handy, the evenings at the moment are crazy, especially from about 6/6.30 onwards! I emailed their sales manager when I joined & she was very helpful, and if you can join with a friend / do a referral / sign up for a set amount of time might be able to get a better deal.

I know when I joined they were doing a 3 month deal which I was going to go for, but ended up on a 6 month deal by direct debit (which I hadnt planned!) Have to say delighted I went with that has have def got my moneys worth, and was much better value that the 3 month up front option. Of course though they want to get people signed up for direct debit as until you cancel it it will continue to roll on.
