National journey Planner Broken?

Has anyone noticed weird or even wild results from the National journey planner?

I put in a simple journey from Church Lawns in Prosperous to O'Connell bridge and it should have told me to get the 120/123/123b from the Church/Pitch & Putt but it gives a ream of wildly confusing instructions which will take forever and are going all over the place when it is a straightforward trip. This is not an isolated incident, it is repeated in almost every journey.
    Church Lawns, Prosperous-O'Connell Bridge Dublin

If I had chosen to start from the church stop marked on the map it would tell me to get a 120 bus in the wrong direction going halfway to Allenwood before backtracking on the 120 to Busaras then getting a train to Tara street or Luas to Jervis instead of getting off the 120 on Bachelors walk.

Also most of the route maps for all operators have serious and in many cases quite obvious mistakes and in many cases parts of routes missing altogether but have still been uploaded and used.
[URL="localhost:85/bike/XSLT_TRIP_REQUEST2?itdLPxx_tabNav=tab2&itdLPxx_linkMeTo=1&includedMeans=1&itdLPxx_linkeMeTo_route=enter a route number and select from results&itdLPxx_linkeMeTo_operator=enter a operator name and select from results&itdLPxx_linkeMeTo_locationDisplay=enter a location or right-click on the map&itdLPxx_linkeMeTo_locationValue=undefined&inclMOT_0=1&inclMOT_10=1&inclMOT_4=1&inclMOT_6=1&inclMOT_5=1&inclMOT_9=1&selMo=1&selTu=1&selWe=1&selTh=1&selFr=1&selSa=1&selSu=1"]The same 120[/URL] on the route maps site is not shown outbound from Dublin but the section from Edenderry to Tullamore is shown, Most of the maps are messed up in this way.

I would consider the sites unusable and a hindrance unless you had very specific knowledge already of the journeys you wish to take. I have taken the time to report several of the route maps which are wrong but it would take too long to report them all and people are paid to do that job so why are they not doing it?

I do think both sites are very important to have up and running but it is much more important that the information is accurate and up to date as much as possible. Currently I would say there are less than a quarter of the route maps correct and who knows about the journey planner as it gives some strange results especially when stops are incorrect/missing.

Any journey planner is only as good as it's data.

Possibly in the middle of a data upload from Bus Éireann - I'm seeing some other wackiness.
