Rent relief question

I was previously claiming rent relief, however have recently purchased a house and thus am no longer claiming this.

I noticed in my pay this fortnight I paid an extra E20 tax  compared to last fortnight (last fortnights pay would have been for the last pay period of 2013). I'm surprised it was this much. From what I saw on citzensinformation.ie, for 2013, it is E1000 of which the relief is calculated at 20%, making it E200. Over 26 pay periods this would be about E7.60 per fortnight, or am I misunderstanding somewhere?
