Can anyone advise on implications of selling land which is in aeos 1.
We have 4 parcels commited to aeos but are strongly thinking of selling 2 of them. Thanks

sell and you pay all money that u have recieved on aeos , its a fixed term of 5 years so u need the land every year if u own it or have it leased in

What would happen in this case:

My neighbour owns a small wood which runs along my land. The trouble is it's very narrow and the road is the far side of the wood. Access for me would be great if I could get a way through it from the road into my own place, certainly much shorter than any other access route. Way through would literally be twenty or thirty yards long.

Not sure whether or if he's in AEOS or REPS or neither at the moment. Just wondering what the complications would be if he were in AEOS or REPS.
