shogun 3.2 did stuck in 4wd with difflock engaged

    the jeep is stuck in 4wd and the diff is also on and the centre light orange diff light is flashing. i checked the vacumms etc and was wondering if it is most likly the switchs on the transmission box and which one it is can you check them with a multi meter etc???. and where would i get these switches at the best price and what is it likly to cost. thanks in advanced

    They're solenoid switches so are prone to jamming. If you can check they are receiving 12v and are responding to the switch input(i.e 12v on then 12v off) you might get away with removing and cleaning - emery paper on the metal barrell inside the brass/plastic body. usually one or more is duff and needs replacing tho. Can be a bugger to get to.

    Got it going today was nt as bad as expected got 1 sensors a mate hav spare n bobs ur uncle happy days
