Looking for a bit of info before ring the hsa please folks, involved in an accident at work 6 months ago and have just been told that my employers should have contacted the hsa after a few days to report this.my question is if I ring the hsa would they tell me weather or not they were inform of this incident by my employer?

Ok yeah that definitely should have been reported, I think any accident which causes an employee to miss more than 3 days needs to be reported.

Are you sure your employer didn't report it? Can you check with someone in your company?

It is the employers responsibility to report an accident.

The employer can get into big trouble if they didn't report it
