long term loan

brand new on here, forgive me if I am in the wrong forum!
Anyhow I am seeking a very long term loan of 20,000 I can afford re-payments of 250-300 per month.. banks are a nono .. my question is do
any of you know if the uk offer loans to dubs../any of you ever got an overseas loan?
obviously you have to be a resident, but as i am scraping the end of the barrell here .. there has to be a way..
