Weighing scales/Body fat scales??

    Hi Can anyone recommend a good scales. i Know tanita but is there any other brand similar to this one??

    You're better off just doing the work and feeling the difference. I say that as someone that used monitor progress by the scales. Anyway, the bodyfat measurement on those scales is usually bollócks. Anyway, it's just a number. If you feel better, you look better and your clothes look better on you, then that's better than the reading on any scales.

    Salter is another reliable brand. I wouldn't bother with bodyfat one at all. You'll see your bf come down in the mirror.

    Santa is going to bring me a Fitbit Aria - wifi scales that is reasonably accurate.

    From the reviews, likewise with Withings, while the number for bodyfat is gives you may differ from what you actually are, it remains pretty constant against that scale. So, if gives you a number you can track and use.
